This spot by TWBA came out a couple months ago, I wouldn’t be surprised if you haven’t come across it already. The production is fantastic; especially mad props to whoever was in charge of the music. It evokes strong emotions which is what makes this ad extraordinary.
The ad reminds me how much the upcoming Beijing Olympics mean to the people of China. It is their year to shine as the rest of the world directs it’s attention towards them. The way the ad presents and plays off China’s cultural aspect of unity is very effective. Working together nothing is impossible, the Chinese want to see their country become great, and from the stories in the news lately their dreams seem to be becoming reality. Look forward to seeing some more Olympics related advertising and design in the coming months.
