Interbrand is a branding consultancy that puts out some quality research on brands. Their reports have been featured in Business Week magazine. This spot by TWBA came out a couple months ago, I wouldn’t be surprised if you haven’t come across it already. The production is fantastic; especially mad props to whoever was in charge of the music. It evokes strong emotions which is what makes this ad extraordinary.

Filter017 is a design duo located in Taipei, Taiwan who produce some very nice work. Some of their design is political which is not surprising considering Taiwan’s history and present day situation. Even the North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il makes an appearance. Their urban style is quite similar to the designer toy and vinyl scene that they design packaging for.
I never was quite satisfied with the idea that hip hop originated in Africa. We all know that China 中國 is the center of the world.
